ReachOutHRTM is a service of Benecom Systems and its Strategic Alliance Partners
 
Benecom Systems was born in 1992 from a simple but very valuable concept...providing Employee Benefit Statements for FREE to employers.  Most employers coveted our customized benefit statements but could not get the funds approved to pay for them.
 
We set out to find a solution and within months we had found the perfect solution that satisfied all parties.  We simply offered to provide our Employee Benefit Statements totally free of charge in exchange for the privilege of offering a voluntary employee benefit through paycheck deduction without any risk to the employer for sufficient participation to cover our investment.  The business took off and our first large client was Jamesway Corporation with about 3,000 employees over several states, who also owned Zayres in New England.  At the time Jamesway was going through financial turmoil and our 'no cost, value added' offer was the perfect solution to their needs.
 
We have come a long way since then and today provide some of the most sophisticated and cutting edge HR solutions available, but we never left our roots.  Our original 'no cost, value added' philosophy still stands today.  Today we can give employers access a suite of online HR tools, as well as, a 3,500 person strong army of certified benefit counseling enrollment professionals to support your business by reaching out and assisting your employees in every state in the country, online and in person.
 
And best of all...at absolutely no employer cost.  Please let me know if you find anyone else who can make that claim.

Frank M. Dartee is the Founder of Benecom Systems and ReachOutHRTM.
 
Passion for the benefit communication aspect of the benefits business and to help employees understand their total compensation plan and not just their take home pay, is what drove him to establish Benecom Systems (short for Benefit Communication Systems), his first Employee Benefit Communication company.
 
Benefit communication and reaching out to employees to help them understand and enroll in their benefits is still what the company's mission is all about.
